Dear Mr Jaya,

I am not satisfied with the quality of the cabinets I bought at the Loyal Store of Eternal on the 10th of November and I am writing to find a replacement. My wardrobe wood was defective, and the color of the closet was not the same as I ordered. The closet was delivered on 12 November. The wardrobe is unacceptable and does not match what I want. I want to return the wrong cabinets at no cost whatsoever. I want this problem fixed quickly.
